Today the exciting news is that I made apple jam. And I think I even pasteurized it correctly. I’m super stoked! Probably more than I should be. But I figured it wouldn’t work so I tried eating some of it with Greek yogurt and it worked, but is a little sweet for just plan eating. But still super delicious.
Yea, that’s my exciting update for the day- I made jam.
